Permissions Policy - License

WasteTracking.com provides information, Software and Services online through the WasteTracking.com website (hereinafter the “Site”) as a benefit and service for its registered and approved users (registered and approved users of the Site are hereinafter referred to as “Users”) only. All information uploaded or downloaded to the Site, as well as presentations and aggregations of information on the Site, become and are the property of WasteTracking.com. No persons or entities other than Users may use the Site, the Software or this Service, and no claims or rights of any kind shall accrue in favor of anyone using the Site, the Software or the Service that is not an authorized User. Unauthorized users are instructed to either complete the authorization process or to leave the Site immediately.

Unless otherwise noted, Users may, and are hereby granted a license to, reproduce and distribute the information and data from the Site (with the exception of some graphics) without written permission. No other organization or person may duplicate this information, graphics or data without written permission.

WasteTracking.com does not exert editorial control over materials that are posted by third parties onto the Site, or materials that are e-mailed by third parties or otherwise transmitted to any other party. Although the WasteTracking.com Site may include links providing direct access to other Internet sites, WasteTracking.com has not participated in development of those sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over those sites.

WasteTracking.com specifically disclaims any and all liability for any claims or damages which result (a) from unauthorized use of the Site, the Software or the Services by any person or entity, (b) from any postings on the Site by third parties, (c) from any use or transmittal of information or materials from the Site by or to any third parties. Users agree to waive, and hereby waive, any liability of WasteTracking.com to User arising from the acts/events disclaimed in the preceding sentence. Unauthorized users acknowledge that they have been instructed to leave the Site, and agree that (1) by remaining on the Site, (2) by using the Software or Service, or any information, data or graphics obtained from the Site, or (3) by clicking through to other pages within the Site, any claims and rights that may accrue in their favor relating to WasteTracking.com’s Software, Service or the Site are hereby waived, and assigned to WasteTracking.com, effective immediately upon each unauthorized visit to or use of the Software, the Service, or information from the Site.
